Time Frame: Items purchased online can be returned or exchanged for store credit or exchange only. Please email us before sending your return, including the reason for it. Returns must be received by The Parched Pony within 14 days of the original purchase date. All sale merchandise is final sale. Shipping charges (if any) are nonrefundable, and you are responsible for all shipping costs incurred after the initial purchase.
Return Instructions: Please include your packing slip with your return and the reason for your return. If you no longer have your packing slip, include your name, email, phone number, item description, and reason for return.

If your order arrives incorrect, please email us right away at parchedponyusa@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include all relevant information about the issue and the item you should have received. We’ll do our best to resolve the problem quickly.

If you believe you’ve received a flawed or broken item, please contact us right away at parchedponyusa@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the flaw or break along with your order number in your email. If we do not hear from you within 3 days, we can only assume the damage is due to wear.
